Prices for a set of linen and towels 18 €, and final cleaning 75 €/stay. The prices include fire wood, free Wi-Fi, free parking. In high seasons (weeks 8-15, 36-38, 51-52) minimum stay 5 nights, incoming/outcoming day Sunday or Saturday, ordinary.
At Christmas time and in out of high seasons, incoming/outcoming day can vary.
Reservation and Cancellation Terms
The pre-booking fee is 30 % of the total rent. The final payment 70 % is paid 3 weeks before the start of the rental period. No office fee. In case of cancellation 3 months before the start of reservation, the reservation fee will be refunded in full. After that, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
Guarantees and Damages
No security deposit is required. The customer is responsible for any damages they cause to the apartment.
